Point is the false information flag could not be missed or ignored. Last year I saw a couple of posts with false info flags on them but you had to click to explore the reason. I don’t think everyone clicks to explore. This notice is in your face and cannot be avoided.

Isn't HIV totally treatable now and pretty much like taking a pill for high cholesterol?
If they really want to scare people with lies then make up something like bananas are injected with diabetes. My brother-in-law lost one foot and one eye to diabetes.
In the realm of illnesses to fear getting I'd classify cancer as #1, then diabetes as #2, and HIV as #3. When people think of HIV they think of the 1980's, I assume when HIV was a death sentence. That is not the case today, but a lot of people still lose eyes, limbs, and life over having diabetes and cancer.

It's considerably more manageable, but the medication still tends to be expensive, and it's not guaranteed you'll avoid full-blown AIDS. And of course, it dramatically affects what you can do (you may not even want to risk protected sex, and you can forget about trying for kids).
 
Unfortunately, the Facebook team in charge of political ads has been captured by the GOP, Peter Thiel, Ben Shapiro and other bad actors on Team Trump. There will be no fact checking. And the algorithms are built to promote outlandish claims.
