While I was home for lunch, DHL delivered a package. When I looked I noticed it was addressed to my wife and it was from Dell. Turns out my loving wife purchased me an EOS Rebel XT for xmas and Dell never told her when it was to be delivered. Needless to say she was pretty p!ssed about this, so she wrote an email to Dell explaining how it was supposed to be a surprise and she was upset that since they never informed her of any shipping information she wasn't able to try to intercept the package. So she received a response back saying they would refund $50 of her purchase price for the trouble.
Just thought it was nice to actually hear a company take care of their customers like that. So even though she's still not thrilled the surprise is gone, she's happy which = I'm happy.
