I've bought Deus Ex:HR from GMG before though...so I don't think it's an international thing.

Anyone else having issues buying?

Interesting...I tried it again and it got rejected again and I noticed something I didn't before : The rejection notice spells it "authorisation", lol. That's definitely not from the U.S.

Grabbed Warhammer Space Marine (even though I got and have yet to play games over a decade old from Warhammer, Dawn of War 1 and 2 series etc.)

Wouldn't take my bank card either, but did take a financial company 'debit card'.

I was concerned if the keys are legitimate for the US, but google suggests yes.

I tried it with Paypal and it worked.

Picked up Space Marine and War in the North.

Thanks to the OP for the heads up on this deal :)

GMG is a UK company. When I purchased from there with my previous card, it would always trip the fraud protection, and I'd have to answer the "did you buy this?" call. I assume it was because the payment came from "Green Man Gaming UK".

Snagged Space Marine. That completes all my gaming purchases for a little while.

Purchased it to and I've been saying the same thing, but companies keep putting out these deals. I'm waiting for Skyrim to come down, but by the looks of it the Steam deal was probably the best it will be for a while.

I used paypal to grab Fear 3 and didn't have any problems. I'm located in the US.

Well, I learned that you just call your bank and authorize international transactions on your card...so I got FEAR 3, screwed by ignorance out of Space Marine, though. I'll wait on LOTR War in The North for even lower prices.

Now that this is taken care of...anyone know when GoG has sales?

Green Man's got LOTR War in the North for $12.31 now(today's daily). Damn, I'm still wanting to wait for $9.99.

I can't buy from GoG because the transaction is international. GMG I don't know, but I suspect it's the same thing.

It's probably just your anti-fraud protection kicking in. Call which bank you have your card with and tell them whats going on and they can authorize any future transactions with that particular company. I have to call my credit card banks whenever I leave the country so that they allow the charges when I use my cards.

That site says Fear 3 is only $6.14.

OK, so do I buy a key from this site and then download it from steam, or download it from this site and use the key to activate it on steam. (I'm guessing the latter, but I've never done this before.)

Pretty much this, got so many games I am trying to play, that I will wait to grab DE:HR till its under 10...
