Gmail sucks

Mucho

Guest
I have a Rogers/Yahoo mail account with 2 GB storage, I can send files up to 20 MB in size yesterday signed up for Gmail has 2528 MB storage can not send a 16MB file.

I get spammed to death with Yahoo. Hotmail is actually even better than Yahoo in that department with their spam filters. I get 0 spam from gmail.

Besides, sending 20MB attachments also requires the recipient to have that ability. You can just use a service like yousendit.com, rapidshare.com, or megaupload.com for the large files.

its a free email service, not an ftp client

gmail is the best free webmail and if you disagree you just reveal your ignorance!

bow down!

G-mail just plain blows, I don't know what the big hubbub about it is. *ooooh Google is GOD! Let's use his webmail client! ooooh*

Woah! I'm a bit late but...

/sit down in lawn chair with beer in hand

There we go. NOW start firing away at him. 😀

I haven't used Gmail yet so I dont know what's good or bad about it but everytime I hear about it, I'm wondering why the heck is it still in beta. I mean it's been what 1 or 2 years now since they introduced it? When will it be availabe for everyone?

hah, yahoo doesn't do pop3 and mail forward, unless you pay for it. otherwise, I would use the yahoo account, but for now, i check it once every 2 weeks

gmail has the only web mail interface that I've ever liked.

That's more than enough to make it the best webmail service ever.

Agreed. It is official. Gmail is the most overhyped, overrated POS since ________ (fill in the blank).

Yeah I agree that GMail is sucking. Can't send large attachments and it wont let you send a .exe. Wtf is that? Can you receive large attachments does anyone know? I thought Gmail was able to do all that so I kept an account there in case there was anything large I needed to send or receive. If not what's the sense in having 2.5gb of email storage? Google you suck!
