How do I know if I previously registered in the UK domain or elsewhere? I think it was on the main US domain, does that mean it's treated as non-UK?

Yea, we quite enjoy doing Trademarks the RIGHT WAY. Another company got there years in advance so they should have the rights to the trademark NOT the big US company that wants to flex it's muscles ala Microsoft/Apple.

I always wanted to register a gmail account with username "f"... but they never let me.
