gmail down?

strange.

igoogle shows the gmail as unavailable

when I go to gmail.com I get

Server Error
The server encountered a temporary error and could not complete your request.
Please try again in 30 seconds.



I suppose if it doesn't correct itself before I get home I will have to send a commando team to the server farms
 
Gmail has been very spotty for me on the POP side of things. for the last two days no less then about 20 times a day (Outlook checks every 5 minutes), it pops up asking me for my username and password, telling me it's not properly reaching the POP server.
