Right in the middle of a big e-mail I was writing. Good thing I copy/pasted into notepad :)

Funny, I always thought a beta version tester, needs to sort of know that if sh!t happens, well, that's just too bad for him.

Though I have to admit that I also use Gmail as my primary mail, and if something goes wrong with my mailbox I'll be in deep sh!t.

yes, it autosaves, and yes, it's currently down. and yes, it's beta.. so deal with it. if you can't, don't use it as your primary (exactly why all my mail still goes to fastmail and then to gmail.. heh).

How long has g-mail been in beta anyways? Not that it matters though they give out invitations left and right.

You sholdn't be writing e-mail's over 3 sentences long unless it's a general announcement , serves you right if you had lost it.

I was trying to search a past email for a piece of info I need right now, and it's down. Sucks because really I need that info within the next 10 minutes.
