It could be worse. Where I work if people can't get to their default website (our company's internal website, or MSN.com depending on how the computer was set up) I get called and told that the Internet is broken. 🙂

I get that all the time. :disgust: Normally either the wireless is being stupid, or the cat 5 isn't plugged in.
