gmail and firefox help

So.. I cannot log into my gmail account unless I clear my cookies EVERY time.

Specifically cookies. I go to clear private data, clear cookies checked only. If I don't clear, when I enter my pass/name it just refreshes the screen and sits back at the log in screen.
