Wow, a Saab with a GM badge on it. That should turn off the remainder of the loyal Saab buyers.

To be honest... I like it, depending on the positioning. Rear? No. Low front fender in front of a body line, sounds good. I *SWEAR* that badge isn't new, though, I'm almost POSITIVE I saw it on a few Sierras/Silverados a few years ago when I was looking at buying one.

BURRRRRRRRN!!!!! :D

The 9-3 is probably one of hte best Saab's made.

DnaJ: Ford has owned Aston Martin for a long time. The new DB9 was designed entirely under Ford's umbrella.

Ford also owns other popular European brands like Land Rover, Volvo, and Jaguar. They've done a good job with managing their brands as well, making sure each one remains distinct and popular..while encompassing whatever it is that defines that brand.

I would like to see Ford do the same and put their badge on Aston Martins. :D

Since when did Ford own Aston Martin?

Text

In 1987, Ford Motor Company acquired 75% of the ownership of the company, bringing some stability to the tiny automaker. In 1993, Aston Martin introduced the DB7, and it quickly became the most successful Aston Martin ever. In 1994 Ford acquired the remaining shares in the company.
