honestly if it wasn't for the SUV craze in the past few years + people from the south .. american automobile industry would have been history.
 
if you want a great american car buy a saturn ... though you know some imported part and stuff, but I beat the piss out of my '95 SL2 and it has 195k miles and it is still mint. Also Saturn has been giving rebates and has been in more of the regular GM promotions (like the new 0 - 60) which in the past they have not been ...
 
Woohoo! Now I don't have to rent that subcompact this weekend. Chevy Suburban here I come! When I return it, I'll tell the salesman it's too much of a gas guzzler.

Haha I remember my driving instructor telling me about a guy who kicked a hole in the door of a Saturn. He was all road raged up, hauled back, and put his foot clean through the door. Needless to say, my instructor never bought a Saturn. 😉
