the only thing ghosen really did was something that was readily apparent to everyone: get rid of the stupid 'altima is for people wanting a 4 cylinder and maxima is for people wanting 6 cylinders' policy that nissan had. he took the in development maxima, renamed it altima, and sold it with a 4 cylinder.
 
He also made all the cars look better IMO
I look at older pathfidners and sentras
YUK, now the Trucks and SUV's have a real presence about them and the cars look a lot richer than they probably are. . .
