Glory is great movie I watched it in High School for the frist time and have loved it ever since! I like that genre of movies, "war epics", Revolution with Al Pacino is a great one as well. I suggest you guys check it out if you havent already!

I watched Glory for the first time two months ago (the week school ended). It was a great movie, I don't think it compares to Saving Private Ryan, but maybe that's just me and how I don't get the full effect of the movie. It was still a great movie, with the exception of all the racist remarks made towards the black soldiers. Whoever played General Shaw in that movie was one of the best actors I've ever seen though.

Glory is certainly in my top 5 movies of all time. The soundtrack is probably my favorite. I don't compare it to movies such as Saving Private Ryan because it tackles different issues, but they are both great movies.
