Users are conducting tests and reporting the results via forums on Reddit and Mac Rumors which have resulted in the conclusion that the TSMC A9 has approximately 2 hours better battery performance than the Samsung.

And now everyone knows why GloFo is making their own 10nm process, Samsung 14nm LPE & LPP process is garbage.

If Samsung can't execute it's hard to imagine that GloFo will do any better frankly.

We don't know anything about max clocks on GF 14 nm vs TSMC 16FF.

Also, we know that Samsung 14 nm is more dense than TSMC 16 FF.

So for e.g. AMD Zen based desktop/server/APU, Samsung/GF process tech may very well be more suited.
