Global Win FOP38!!

I'm upgrading next month, P!!! 700E, abit bx-133raid, couple-o-gxp75 45 gig drives, 512 meg Mushkin PC133 HP Rev.2 ram (2 256 meg chips) and need a decent cooler for my new setup, IE a globalwin fop38!! I've read reviews, etc. and basically it's just the fop32 with a 7.1k rpm fan instead of the 4.? k rpm fan. Anyone know where I can score me one?? I'm aiming for the 1 GHz level, as my case is going to be super cooled, not just the individual chips (ambient case temp should be around -5 celcius)
