I want to buy two FOP-32's for my dual board-- MSI 694-d pro with two overclocked 700E's. I heard that they will work fine on FC-PGA but others say no. What to believe?

I'm using a FOP-32-1 on my P3 FC-PGA 700mhz cB0 without problem. So should be fine on your CPUs, but dunno if it'd fit on your dual board.

I read at 2cooltek that FOP32's are made to fit all socket cpu's. So you should have no problem.

Nope. FOP-32s are designed only for FC-PGA processors, while the FOP32-1 fits both Socket-A and FC-PGA processors. The FOP38 also fits both types processors.
