Global Warming is scheduled to get here tomorrow...

60 in Ohio tomorrow. But just for a short bit. Upper 30's beginning of the week and then down to 20's by next weekend.

Gotta love ohio...

While I would love to have warmer temperature, the area I live in just got a foot of snow yesterday. If all that snow is melted right away, we'll be in trouble.

Time to stock the fallout shelter and load the firearms.

Its already so foggy that I can't see across the street. Last time this happened we lost a couple dams. I am sure the ice in the river isn't going to help any...

I'm not too far from Rudeguy (about an hourish) and the fog is terrible. I had to drive home about 20 minutes ago, probably the worst weather I've ever been in. I couldn't see anything at a few points in the trip (not even the lines on the roads).

We had a good 2.5 feet of snow on the ground, there are parts that are already green. Thankfully we live in an area where it'd take a boat load of water to flood up to our house. (My parents neighborhood is based around a lake, and we're up on a hill from that lake)

This blows. I have already shopvac'd up about 50 gallons of water from the basement. Stuff is still melting, so I am fighting a losing battle. If I knew that the cats would leave the thing alone, I would just let the shopvac run until it fills up. I just really don't feel like fishing a cat out of the damn thing.

same crap here.

its been 8°C all day and foggy and rainy.

flooding going near the river all over this area.

I scraped ice off my windshield for a few mornings this week. Not the stuff wipers can bat away. We are talking about a good scraping.
I live in Orange County, CA....like where Disneyland is at and stuff.
