It is one of those movies where the sound quality makes a ton of difference. I will be going to see it because it is just incredible with theatre-quality sound.

wow, I'm surprised there are actually other people who didn't get to see it in threaters like me. Guess I will be heading back to threater too

The sound was very sweet. That was simply awesome movie. Some of the cut scenes were great. I couldn't believe they were cut.

I hope this happens here in Portland also, unfortunately since they shut down the 1,100 seat Eastgate theatre I am left with two obvious choices:

Century Cinemas - very nice stadium seater rising
Lloyd Center - two large auditoriums, huge ass screens where I saw Pulp Fiction, Braveheart and Schindler's List

Where oh where.

I'd go back and see it but the theaters in my area suck. I've got MUCH better sound on my DTS system at home!

Yep, I love my home theater system with DVD -- nothing like watching it with awesome sound any time I want! :D

sometimes some of the better movies, that were not blockbusters, get more viewership ...
