okay UPDATE! I know you guys will appreciate this story.. I'm on the phone with the second CSR 5 minutes after getting shot down by the first. This time instead of tell her the whole web addy I just tell her to go to computer4sure.com and then asked if she got there alright, she's like no problem. Then I tell her the s1098778 item number to search for soon as I do that 2 seconds later I get, "can you please hold?" Well only 9 and a half minutes later she comes back and says, "okay I can price match that item for you but stables charges overnight shipping on pricematched items and thats another $32.99 bring the total up too.." I told her they are ups ground, you guys have the item listed at ups ground it's $5.50 and you price matching website says you price match to the shipping costs as well.. AND then I told her that staples has free shipping listed on order's over 50 anyhow. She puts me on hold AGAIN! about 2 minutes later she comes back and says okay I can give you the card at $158+tax and starts reading off my personal info she has on my computer with all that done I tell her I have a coupon code to use and I give it to her. Guess what? I'm on hold again! comes back and tells me I need to FAX a copy of the card I got IN. Little does she know I happen to have the card on me and a fax machine 2 minutes later I got me a GEFORCE2 GTS 32 MEG card for $122 after taxes!!!!!!
