Given my system what might i need to upgrade?

I'm not to sure about O.C.ing I'm not experienced enough. I would like to get everthing just how i want it then upgrade to the best processor i can aford. After this RAM (Kingston Hyper-x DDR433 256 x 2) purchase I would like to go to the P4 2.8c or 3.0c and give my dad the 2.4 i have right now!So if anyone has any recomendations I'm open! I have been really pleased with the feed back I've recieved so far! Thankyou everone from my last post!!!
 
I am not a big Intel buff but:

Asus P4P800 Deluxe
P4 2.4c 800 MHz
Tyan 9600 pro
W.D. 80 gig./Max. 40 gig. H.D.s
Energymax 350 watt
liton DVD/NEC DVD +RW/-RW
Matrix Case and monitor 17"
Kingston Hyper-x DDR433 256 x 2

Asus mobo = good
Tyan 9600 pro = ok
W.D. 80 + 40 Maxtor = fine
PS = fine

So your CPU is really the only thing maybe a 9800 Pro or TX but the 9600 is still a good card. Maybe you could go to 1 gig of ram instead of 512?

 
looks pretty good already... maybe you could add a raptor drive for your OS/programs/games and use the other drives for mass storage. Should improve loading times. Maybe a bigger monitor? 🙂
