According to the rebate form, the offer ended yesterday.
"Offer good at various retailers form November 22, 2006 - December 3, 2006"
 
You must buy the product by January 6, 2007. However you must have the rebated mailed by February 15th 2007. Not sure where you saw that. Hopefully this clears up any confusion
 
SuperHard the title may be useless to you but the promotion is AWESOME and it just got better. TomTom has increased the rebate to $100 from $50. Not a bad deal around the holidays
