Might show my age, but I think these are some good comedies:

Spaceballs

Coming to America (my personal favorite. See if you can find Cuba Gooding Jr.)

Three Amigos

Blazing Saddles

Parenthood

National Lampoons Van Wilder (Some hate this movie, I thought it was hilarious, and it is certainly no worse than harold and kumar)

Fletch

Caddyshack

Spies Like Us (or any other old Bill Murray Movie)

Happy Gilmore (2nd personal Favorite)

Tommy Boy (gets funnier everytime I see it)

The Great Outdoors

Damn. All the ones I thought of you mentioned. heh.

Just saw Borat a few weeks ago... man, I don't think I laughed so hard at a movie before. It's my new favorite comedy.
