They are trying to extract intel from these people. If not shoving the flag in their face makes the intel flow more easily, I'd take it down.

One thing we haven't really looked at yet with regard to the OBL death is that Gitmo seems working out. People are attacking Obama for not having closed it but maybe he realized it produced actual intelligence, including the intelligence that led to OBL's downfall. So really if there's some weird shit going on with a flag that's the least of my concern. It's probably meant to manipulate the prisoners.
