Title states it all.. Girlscout cookies are delicious. My favorite are Samoas. Does anyone sell generic samoas or imitation samoas because 3.50 a box can break the bank. What are your favorite?
 
They're not "Samoas" any more, I guess that was not PC. Now they're Caramel Delites. I've tried non-Girl Scout versions, but they're never as tasty.
 
They're $3.50? I paid $3.00 this year. Sounds like your hookup is skimming a little off the top for the old college fund 😉.

They were Caramel Delites before they were Samoas - they changed a bunch of the cookie names a few years ago for whatever reason (Peanut butter patties were tagalongs or something). They'll always be Caramel Delights to me.

I got 5 boxes each of caramel delites and peanut butter patties this year, they're in my freezer still. Had em almost a week and I still haven't opened a box, I'm proud of my self control 😀

hmmm they were 4-5$ selling in front of blockbuster... I'm getting ripped off then.
 
I think I paid $3.00 a box this year. I paid $36 total. Thin mints, Peanut Butter everythings, and double chocolate heart attacks.

Really? I always remember them being Samoas until a couple years ago. I remember the tagalongs name as well, but I hadn't thought about it because I'm such a nut for the Caramel Delites.

I love the Samoas too. Sooo tasty.
 
Thin mints are the best, I haven't had these in a long time. They usually don't sell anywhere around here but luckily they were standing out front of Vons. I paid 4 dollars for a box.

Bought 4 boxes of Samoas for $3.00 each. Why do some of you pay more than $3.00? Isnt it a national thing? (in term of prices)
 
They went downhill when they ditched the Scottees and just made them those shortbread cookies. The sugar coated suger cookies RAWKED.

Oh and when the thin-mints switched from having that creamy mint layer under the chocolate to just mint flavored cakes.

Still... those Girl Scouts know how to bake 'em
 
Never found the girlscout cookies all that great. I wanted to try the lemon ones though, but they're fat free! What in the hell?
