Well of course. Girls want male attention so they were revealing clothes, but if they aren't interested in you they'll act really offended if you notice them.

my thread on this was parents who let their exceptionally young daughters wear this stuff...as in that case one has to assume that the parents are buying these shorts for their kids which IMHO is wrong....

However if talking about older girls, then while I do think it is tacky and tasteless it is also their right to wear them....are they attention whores? sure as they are trying to draw attention to their rear end...
 
I can't believe some of you guys are complaining about this! I would thank the girls for wearing these skimpy clothes before whining about it.

And besides, EVERYBODY are attention whores to some extent. Guys, instead of tight short shorts with words on them (unless they're flaming i suppose), have Porches and BMW, or any other equivalent.
