He has a point though.Some jobs whether we like it or not, require attractive appearance.
And plz don't deny that.
I worked as a barman for 8 yrs and i know these thingz.

I walked into Barnies one day and there was a fat goth chick serving the coffee. She had abnormaly yellow teeth.. It looked so terrible that I put myself out of the mood for coffee that day. Then again, if it would have been a guy with terrible teeth, I probby still wouldn't have wanted coffee. If it was a hot girl, however, I would probby feel fat myself and just get a plain black coffee instead of one of those sugary ones.

ufs, dude.. if you go to a coffee shop just to see pretty girls, you need to get out more. Like, check out the mall.. there's always a few pretty girls there.

no... like i said... i go there for coffee... and i dont have anything agaist no-so-good looking girls at all... but u didnt get my point. I can get a cup of coffee anywhere but I choose the place where the overall "coffee-buying" experience is the best. That includes the girls at the counter as well. I mean, c'mon, doesn't it make your day if you talk to a good looking girl for a minute?

DIdn't Playboy run an issue a few months ago about the girls of Starbucks?

Funny thing about Starbucks brand coffee. It's bagged by Kraft foods. Nothing special about those blends except they select beans and do the Starbucks blends. You'd do just as well getting the cheaper brand bag if you're getting a straight blend like Columbian.

This is exactly why I can't stand Starbucks (well, that and the fact that their coffee is mediocre at best); everyone goes there to "be seen" and pontificate. I actually just want to get some damn coffee, maybe have a seat, and relax. Everytime I walk through Starbucks' doors I feel saturated in trend by superficialists with intellectual depth about as deep as the water in my shower.

Meh.
 
Actually I did, now im cutting meat out of diet because my family has a history of heart disease, so i dont go anymore. Their fries were honestly not that special

Starbucks rocks.

Looks do matter in some jobs, and the better looking person will get the job over the one who isn't so hot, assuming they're otherwise similarly qualified.
