Penn State Behrend, in Erie, PA. The ratio is kind of lousy, but there's plenty of fine lookin' ladies here. And you actually get to see them in skimpy clothing, for maybe a few weeks. Then it's wintertime. Or it's raining. Or windy and raining and snowing. And cold.
There are in fact some of them in the engineering program too. Not many though.

There are also plans to add nursing to the program here. An engineering college with nursing students. And there are also plenty of business students, so the partying aspect should be taken care of as well.😛 Or so I've heard.
