Despite how a stupid of an idea this may be to most people, theres a good chance it will be successful.

I wonder how the waitresses would dress... naked? I think thats been tried (and shut down) before... Anything other than nude won't be any better than Hooters, so I really don't see a point.

EDIT: Read more of the article... doesn't seem to be any better than Hooters.
