Girls Gone Wild.....and your take on it....

If anyone has seen any news coverage on this...
Do you think the girl has ANY merit in trying to sue the "guy" responsible for the videos?

i have no problem watching the video's, but i do think the girl should get some royalties =)

When I was in New Orleans those jerks with the vid cameras were pushing their way up to girls that were going to strip. The girls saw the cameras so they didn't take their clothes off. It made me unhappy.

Seriously though, its terrible when people can't go out and party without having to worry they'll end up on some sh!tty commercial on USA late night for girls gone wild. They should at least make them sign a release form first.

Thats true.

Still if someone does something in public, it IS public..

Its your own stupid fault if you flash your ta-tas at a camera in public.

The only way I see there being a case is when they went into private homes for frat parties.

On the street, thats just stupid 🙂

Anyone, male or female, who chooses to get nude/semi-nude in a public place forgoes all right to privacy:frown:

Use some damn common sense...

Just a curious question.

OK, the girls have no legal rights to their image of public nudity

Do the GirlsGoneWild people legally own those images?

Would it violate copywrite laws to use the same film and sell it under a different name?
