By almost every benchmark, boys across the nation and in every demographic group are falling behind. In elementary school, boys are two times more likely than girls to be diagnosed with learning disabilities and twice as likely to be placed in special-education classes.

Don't worry, we still get paid more, have better jobs, and don't have to suffer through old age. They get to deal with monthly bleeding, pregnancy, and being a woman.

That's probably mostly due to differences in personalities. Boys tend to be kinda crazy, restless and get easily distracted in general imo. Girls have the patience to actually follow directions heh.

this is only cuz women generally tend to do similarily in school while the boys rank at the very top and at the very bottom which averages out to less than the girls

That elementary school "learning disorder" stuff is mostly bs. You're telling young boys that want to go run around and be kids to sit still for several hours and focus on what the teacher is saying.

Learning disabilities like ADD or ADHD or whatever it is this month? Yeah, they used to just call that being a kid. Sadly, not every person is capable of excelling in school--just because someone doesn't excel doesn't mean there's something wrong with them.

yeap there are plenty of studies that show why and how this is happening. Between the fact that school is getting away from teaching to molding kids. That as others have said they medicate boys even though they are being normal young men. etc.

hmm there was a good book about this. now I'm having a senior moment and can't think of the name.

yea, the more successful a woman you are..the less likely you are to make a genetic contribution to future generations. funny how that works. the breeders will win:p

Exactly. The feminist movement has influenced the teaching system as well....and more female teachers = better teaching for female students....
