Private school and college is a privilege and not a right. Spoiled little brat needs to be sent the Marines.

True.Is he pretty sure he could afford her? If you are banging that... you are likely giving her something... bmw, tuition, free legal counsel.

lololReminds of me my last STD screening. The nurse asks if I mind if the interns watch them inspect my junk. My prayer to God was, "Dear Lord don't let me get a boner, and if I do give me a couple extra inches."
Maybe a legal expert can weigh in on this, but seeing as how her parents would have had to sign the contract for the private school, aren't they liable for the cost through the end of the contract (either semester or annual)? It does seem like it would be absurd that they could sign the documentation to get her into a private school but immediately stop payments when she turned 18, footing her with a bill she never signed a contract for... The college thing is a separate issue, as she presumably doesn't have a current contract with a higher education institution; if her parents don't want to pay that, let her take out loans like everyone else.

Judge has already thrown out her claims (or most of them).
