Can be REAL good, but that can lead to REAL bad.

Hell ended up marrying my old roommate, had a kid with her too. So I guess it ended up good for me.

However I have done the female roommate thing in the past and had it turn out REAL bad once. The other time I had a chick roomate she was a relatively hot lesbian, so that wasn't too bad since she would hop in the sack with me and my girlfriend at that time. That just turned out REAL wierd after a while.

Anyway, that is all I have to offer.

Being able to just "turn it off" would've saved me from a couple of embarassing situations in HS.

Not my fault the 25 year old teacher with a slamming body and huge knockers is bent over in front of me for a good 10 minutes and then asks me to come write something on the board.

yes. well, agree on things... it may sound stupid.... but things like who's cleaning what, who's responsible for this, that. In college, we had to do that. For me, it was never a problem. I have minor OCD and would sorta get to things before anyone else.. heh. But I know ppl where they had to break out that room agreement (and get the RA involved)... of course, that was college, different setting all around.

but things like can you have parties, pets, who can stay over, "quiet" hours... that kinda stuff... get it all out of the way.
 
depends on the female in question. I have a few female friends I could definately live with. Those are the ones that I would never, ever date.

if you both have SOs it can work

otherwise you'll want to sleep with her. you don't necessarily have to be attracted to her, but eventually you will want to sleep with her. it's those darn phermones they put out... can't resist.

i had a girl roomate and it was great. i wasn't attracted cause she was a bit slutty. hot, but slutty. but she was gone ALL the time. it was like i had my own apartment half price. plus i ended up banging one of her cute friends she was always bringing over.

if you like her it could cause problems, otherwise the same risks of all roommates still applies.
 
I've had a couple of female roommates. One was a bitch and wouldn't clean up after herself. Oh, and she would do dishes at 3 in the morning or something. Drove me nuts because she wasn't quiet!
Another female roommate was great. She was courteous. Then again, that's when I was living in Sweden and had a live in girlfriend. It started off as the 2 girls living together, and I moved in on them. Best roommates I've ever had.
