Yes, women tend to be hotter at least at the beginning of their &quot;time&quot;.

They also tend to be *more* (if that's possible) emotionally unstable which affects their moods. This probably explains the &quot;hot one minute&quot; and &quot;cold the next&quot; syndrome.
