If you guys recall earlier in this school year, I got the guts to tell a girl in my grade how ive felt about her for a long time, only to be told that she doesnt think she feels the same way, and we could be friends, if i wanted. We dont have any classes together except band where we dont get to talk at all anyways, but when I see her in the halls, it is often quite awkward, as she usually kinda ignores me, even though we still do exchange heys. Its been well over 4 months since then and I had completely gotten over it until now. All of a sudden ive had wierd dreams where we are having conversations and everything is cool. Ive had these about 4 nights in a row now. I am beginning to get feelings for her again, but I know with us being seniors, nothing serious could/should start now cause of college. I just dont know what to do about my affection towards her for the time being. And for those of you who are certain I also have a physical lust for her, its not that at all. It is purely emotional. I really wanna be friends with her cause there is a slight possibility we will both end up at the same college. She doesnt go online ever, and I cant talk to her in school, so I dont know what to do. I called her back when I first asked her out, but that was awkward enough leaving a message, assuming it wouldnt get returned. I just dont know what to do, and need some advice. Thanks guys
 
Take the advice from the man in ur sig....slick ur hair back with some water....put on some deoderant....put on ur halo 2 tshirt....and go out and hit the town and find another girl to obsess over!!!
 
stand outside her house and follow her when she comes out. Girls love a guy that pays attention to them 😛

well, I really want to be friends with her, but like, I dont know why. I think that maybe I deserve a chance since it has been so long since we last talked. Like, when i asked her it was kinda out of the blue cause it had been awhile since we last came in contact
 
and like i said, about finding another girl, nobody wants to start anything now beacuse its 2nd semester of senior year and we will be leaving soon. and im not a drinker so Im not sure about the party scene
 
You need to move on. She doesn't like you as much as you like her. All this is doing is torturing you. Find somebody else.

I figured this was the case, its nice to hear it from a girl. I just dont think she really knows me well enough is what I am saying, since we never get a chance to talk

yeah, i am DEFINATELY relying on that, but like, right now I am so damn bored and need new people to hang around with, like most of my friends are cool, but they are becoming more and more lazy so its oring
 
move on. cut off contact. by wanting to by her friend you are admitting that you know you aren't good enough for her but you are willing to be the emotional tampon so you feel less pathetic about yourself.

The "jock" always dumps the hot cheerleader right before graduation and the ugly and desperate but lovable dork hooks it up with her. OR you can get the desperate band chick who has nothing better to do they play her flute and never has been out with a boy.

I doubt she's going to suddenly realize that she wants to get to know you better. More than likely she has had time to talk to you but she chose no to. It can't be a one way friendship. There is nothing wrong with only a casual "Hey" everynow and then. At least she doesn't laugh at you when she sees you! 🙂

Bah, thats crap. They make band out to be way different than it is.


But yeah, move on, I did the same thing as you, but my girl likes me back 🙂

If she dosent want you than thats all you can do, except, there is a way. But if you become freinds for a long time its possible that something will happen. But it sounds like you dont really have that option.
