Girl problem vs. guy problem threads..

Doesn't it seem that guys have posted at least 5 to 1 more threads regarding their torn relationships with various women than women have with men. Any one wanna offer a suggestion as to why we get so many less posts from females? Maybe simply the majority of the AT population is male? Maybe I just miss 'em? Are women more evil? Are guys somewhat more willing to post on the internet to strangers?

Anyone that claims to be female is lying.
 
How many women do we have here? Out of those, how many spend enough time here in OT to feel comfortable posting something like that? And out of those, how many want the opinion of 71,000 geeks?

and.. we usually have other girl friends to talk to about our relationship problems.. 😉
 
Yes....there are lots less women...and a good deal of them I believe are married, so it doesn't offer as much drama...

there are a number of girls around here, but happykitten who used to post in OT a lot I haven't seen in a while, same with Isla ...
 
I think that your statistic is a bit off. 1 to 5? More like 1 to 500...
I think that has to do with the dearth of females on AT and an even greater dearth of females in OT who would post something like that

I love this site and greatly enjoy ATOT but consider it first and foremost a computer hardware site,with ATOT used for light chat and play, not the place to air my relationship issues,besides I'm old enough to be the mother of many of the young men posting here...lol and I think they figure we old folks don't have relationships or sex 😀
