Girl pees on herself on live TV

How does one pee "on themselves"? The first "on" in the thread title should probably be removed, then again I'm at work and can't see the video, is there a hose attached to her pants that goes over her head involved?
 
I've seen much worse. Many moons ago I was taking the subway to work and suddenly the car was filled with a monstrous stench. There was this guy looking very uncomfortable and sweaty in his seat. He gets up and stands waiting for the next stop to get off, didn't come soon enough. Next thing the stench becomes truly vile and potent, we arrive at the next station and this guy dashes off the train with a trail of liquid diarrhea spilling out his pant leg on the subway floor.

The stench was unbelievable and the half of the subway car's side where it happened evacuated either off the train or to the other end instantly D:

He had Crohns or UC, I guarantee it.

Well yes your ass should be sympathetic.

She was probably in that state where she was holding her bladder so hard that she was effectively frozen in place until she can either calm it enough to be able to go piss or she just relieved herself, and then the woman started talking to her so she lost control of her bladder. Big fucking deal.
