they got cheap ass stop signs that no one obeys... especially those quads by the lirr... course i haven't been back there since 99...
 
If you want to talk about stop signs no one obeys, we can talk about hallock, coming back from the movies. That sh*t is literally a stop sign every 20 feet, 10 in a row.

Youre right, stony brook does suck.

Run over a student with your car, and still be able to waltz back on campus to take an exam the same day. shens.
 
The underclassmen parking lot at my HS is across the street from the campus, so every day at 3:00 200+ students walk across this busy road to the lot, with through traffic and one of the senior lots dumps out right next to the crosswalk. I've seen sooo many close calls there, its a wonder no one has ever been killed.
