Could you elaborate?
Is it for a straight three weeks? If it is, then I would be more than worried. And I would promptly seek medical attention.
However, if it's between the three weeks interval, then I won't be so worried. Last month I had my period within 13 days. I was upset about it because I was expecting to be at a show, so I didn't want to have to worry about anything. And I wasn't on any birth control pills, progesterone or anything else except iron.
If I were she, I would check for iron deficiency, especially if I were blacking out often. She is likely deficient of iron. And Iron deficiency could show itself with heavy bleeding. I never understood why, but it does.
Is she on birth control? Those things could mess up a woman's cycle. The synthetic progesterone in particular.

If so, her body might be reacting from all your coolness. Coolness can be dangerous!
