My natural disposition is to babysit. I don't think it's a big deal. By the same token I have been in her position (though with substantially more booze in my blood), and haven't asked, nor expected a damn thing.

People should take care of each other, with no expecttion of return. That doesn't happen commonly unfortunately.
 
Bread and water. The stomach needs something in it since all the liquor should be gone. I would babysit until she eats and drinks something.
 
The liquor and the birth control are in the trashcan or toliet. I would make her eat and drink something, stay with her till she calms down a bit. Since she just missed some bc (tonights) be sure to use a rubber for the next week.
 
Why would a friend ask you to babysit her drunken friend that you don't even know. Not your problem.
 
9 shots on an empty stomach is a lot even though she has thrown up, good call on the babysitting. Last thing you want is for the girl to puke again and choke on her own vomit because she passed out.
