You know what. I think her phone is broken.

There's no way her msg picks up between the 2nd and 3rd ring. It's off, or she's away on vacation and doesn't get service.



That being said, at the time it didn't seem stalker-like.

and i can't believe you are trying to justify your stalkerish and obsessive behavior.

Here is how a normal guy would have done it:
1. Call girl, leave message.
2. After a week, call girl one more time. leave message.
3. Forget about girl!

Easy, huh? You don't even know her....don't get so hung up on one girl :p

calling 8 or so times is for sissy stalkers...get some guts and be a REAL stalker!

Go to her house at a time that you know she's home, like 2-3am and knock til she answers - then ask her to a movie, after you invite yourself in of course.

/edit...oh yeah, and be sure to take a buddies wallet with you. :p

Dude... *shake head*... sad. You must not get a lot of numbers.

You call once and leave a msg. Then if you really dig this girl you give her a call again a few days later and leave a msg. If she doesn't call back, let it go! Have a little pride, not like she's someone really important, you just met her! Calling her from behind a blocked number is totally stalkerish and a bit pathetic. What would you do if she picked up the phone? "Hey, it's me! No, I just called that once and left a msg, and just happened to call again after all those other missed calls.... yeah...."

BTW hate to burst your bubble, but *67 does not always work. When I'd call from my home phone and my friends phone (2 different states) the number would be blocked but the name would still show up on the caller id

Keep calling. She's just trying to see if you're really interested. But you need to up the frequency a bit, say a dozen calls and maybe 4 - 5 messages a day. If you don't, she's just gonna think you're a casual stalker and not really committed.

wow. I got embarrased just reading your post. You asked a waitress who (as someone pointed out earlier) wants your tip, for her number... and are now stalking her obsessively. Jesus man, "flirting" is what they do. OMG look, amanda left a heart on the check, I bet she likes me!!!
