As for your situation...sucks to hear how things are, but it sounds like you and your girl have more issues than you might be considering. If she's not willing to tell him to stop and go away...there must be a reason.

I might have a problem telling my ex to go away if he showed up again even though my fiance is wonderful. But that was because he was a controlling abusive SOB and from what you've said it sounds like she might be in the same situation. You might try and get her to talk to one of those domestic violence places to figure out how to break the cycle he's dragged her into. Good luck.
That is so true, it applies to over 90% of women. I've dated man women who their ex's still calls them once in a while, the women tells them that they are taken but the guys never get the fscking idea.
Plus women always want attention, they can never get enough from one person. Thats why they dress all sexy when they go out with their friends and when she hangs out with you, she's wearing Sweats.

Unless you want this guy in your face for the rest of your life, tell her to make up her mind about who she wants. If she is confused, say good bye. This is not a tough decision for her if she doesn't want him around.
Seriously, this will lead to a horrible occurence if it is allowed to continue. You have seen this stuff on the news where a woman is killed by her ex because he won't let go. He must be forced to let her go or he will stalk the both of you.
For your sanity's sake, make a good decision here.

so i asked her tonight about the whole being confused part and she said she meant the situation (she was trashed when it happened...i was little tipsy also). She said the confusion was about whats going on (drunk) and that she definitely doesnt wanna be with him, hes an asshole in general. So i asked why she let him walk al over her (grabbing her, being a dick all together). She said she didnt and blah blah after about 30 mines she realized the guy is just an asshole, and that hes disrespecting her and me (in my own fvcking house). As long as she is willing to talk to him, this is going to continue. She is lost and he takes advantage of it, and you are a party to this stupidity b/c she is controlling your behavior re him.

Dude, you should tell that guy that if you see/hear/tell from him ever again you are going to beat the sh!t out of him. And then if you see him, have the brass knuckles ready to go and pound the crap out of him. Beat him so bad that he will fear you for the rest of his life. Even if you should break up with your woman he should fear you so badly that the association between you and your woman would make him piss his pants.
That is the badass way of doing things. Unfortunately, its also the way to end up in jail.
