Ok, so this girl started here only 3 months ago. And we had a promoition comming up that I have been looking for. Everyone says Im a shoe-in for it. So I get my name on the candidate list, and the girl, her supervisor has me bumped from the list, infavor of her.
Now, everyone is the office knows they are dating each other, ect. And though it might have beena differenct story if she was capable of handling the position, she has had to ask me, and a co-worker of mine, on multiple occasions for help, with problems that should be of easy nature with the position in question.
So now, I can either do 1 of two things.
Complain to the district boss, that he hired an incompetent worker, and cite the reasons to him why she is incompetent.
Hold my tongue, and wait for the next promotion to come up, and go for that.
