Hey: got this Win2K in drive C: with NTFS ; How can I to reformat this partition ???

Use a Win95/98 bootdisk and the use fdisk and format to partition and format the drive. Or if you are going to put Win2k back on it just pop in the Win2k CD and boot from that and it will format it for you. There is no way to do it from inside Win2k.

You will probably need to run delpart first: Delpart and then fdisk and format.

No reason to use Delpart. Fdisk takes care of all this for him.
