I'm a regular user of the Mach3 "Cool Blue"
. I've tried the Quattro, and it sucked. The shave was less close than the Mach3 and it was heavy and clumbsy to use, and difficult to clean. I just bought the Fusion yesterday and used it today with my facial hair about 1mm in length. I got the regular version because at the store, I didn't realize that there were two versions and the fact that the, so called "POWER" effect, is just a gimmick. Schik won a lawsuit last year against Gillette for false advertising of the M3 Power.
[The Fusion Experience]
The Fusion saved me time by cutting the hair from my face in substantially less strokes. And it shaved closer than the Mach3. The trimmer is nice for precise cutting as it mentions on the box.
It seemed though that my skin would get irritated more quickly than with the Mach3 if I went over it again to get a few hairs that weren't cut with the previous stroke. That could be dangerous. Of course this is only the first time shaving with the razor; I should get used to handling it in time.
Overall, though, I'm satisfied with my purchase. I love how much less time it takes to shave. I'll keep using it and report anything else.
