I just got these and finally got them running at a mear 2.5v at 3040308 1T 250FSB 4x 1:1 on my MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum. Would not run at 2.6v or above without failure. These Samsung UCC chips do not like high volts.
Anyway, CPU-z is showing SPD setting at only 200mhz PC3200. Could it just not detect correctly and they be OK. It detected the GIGARAM 1GB kit 466/TCD chips that I had correctly. BIOS only shows 400mhz but it said the same with the 466 set too. Want to make sure I got what I paid for.
Any clues or is there another program I can use to get the SPD settings.
