<< P4 motherboard can detect the CPU voltage automatically. Please note that setting wrong Vcore manually might burn the CPU down. In order to prevent it from happening, we removed the cpu voltage manipulation function from some motherboards. >>

thats total bs and i called them on it, i'm also going to link to this in the email i send back to them..
 
You can always do the wire trick on it to set your processsor voltage but it would be a lot easier to just have the settings in the BIOS. Looks like Gigabyte just got lazy or pressured by Intel.
 
someone actively removed that option from the bios.... why i don't know... but it should be re-enabled
