Gigabyte warranty?

I'm thinking of buying a used retail Gigabyte video card.
I read that Gigabyte products are warrantied by the manufacturer (themselves). I do not see any information listed on their site about a warranty, or even a phone number. Has anyone dealt with them?

 
They have a 3 year warranty.

They helped very nicely for me... just got back my x800xt.
 
My gigabyte mobo had a lifetime warranty. Had no problems sending it to them to get it fixed a bunch of times throughout its life until it was sold. Great tech support, they also didnt care that i installed a 3rd part heatsink on it and stuff
 
My heatpipe-cooled 6800 died 3 months after I got it. Gigabyte was helpful and sent me their RMA form but it turned out I was still in Newegg's own RMA window so I sent it there instead.

Check their website for whether warranties are transferrable and reciepts are needed, my manual doesn't say.
