Gigabyte Radeon 9700 fan problem, i think...

My v-card fan sometimes gives the impression that its not moving as fast, its the second time....once it completely stopped and i got a new card from the dealer....
Now sometimes an error comes up saying the power cable to the video card is not fixed but after a few restarts it comes back....what could be the problem....
it also seems that it is running too hot.....its feels hoter than when i proginally bought my card....

My card is a Gigabyte Radeon9700 Pro....

you should prolly just get a new heastsink/fan for it. also you might want to try a different PSU

i would just go get that zalman heat syk for your 9700. That way you can just passivley cool it. no more fans to worry about.
