GIGABYTE P965-DS3-PRO(3.3) Post Problem HELP

Hi guys. I have just changed my power supply from Coolermaster 430W to Antec TruePower Trio 550. The problem is when I plug the PCIE +12V at top left corner the computer can't post. It will power on for like 4 or 5 seconds then restart then repeat this again and again. If not pluy this +12V slot everthing will be fine. Well I have no problem with the previous Coolermaster PSU. Anyone have idea about this? Any post is greatly appreciated.

Other component includs Core 2 Cuo E6420, P965-DS3-PRO(3.3) F5 Bios, X1950PRO, and Single Samsung SATA HD. Cheers.

maybe u are getting confused here? The pci-e plug is 6ping and is normally black.

The 12v for the mobo at the top left is 4 pins and normally white...

Yes that's what I am asking for, the top left 4 pins is for PCIE(from DS3PRO maual).
