Gigabyte or MSI?

Well as I research more mobo's that I could buy I came across these 2:

MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum

Gigabyte GA-K8NF-9

Both of these seem to be very good mobo's. I checked ICCT (A canadian store) for prices. These 2 mobos' specs are very similar except for 1 thing. The Gigabyte Hypertransport is 1600Mhz while the Neo 4 Platinum is 1000Mhz.

Gigabyte GA-K8NF-9 - $138 CDN

MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum - $184 CDN

Is the Gigabyte faster and better than the Neo considering its 600Mhz faster and $46 cheaper or is there really something else in the Neo that I don't know about? 😛
